Investing millions into local communities around the North West, we ensure our properties and commercial spaces provide businesses and facilities that benefit the local society.
The meeting of Paul Molyneux and Andrew Shaw was pure chance, striking up a conversation about a piece of land and its development opportunities whilst both were on a family holiday.
Our partnership was incorporated in 1999, and has endured ever since as Bishops Rock Properties Limited.
Our growth has been organic as we devote careful consideration and planning to ensure we invest in the land and buildings that are the best fit for our company and the local community.
Bishops Rock exists to grow and develop property investment opportunities in both commercial and residential fields to add value to communities, create employment opportunities and support the local society.

It now houses a purpose-built nursery for Lily’s Little Gems which opened in September 2019 along with a suite of premium office spaces, which attracted and retained businesses to Farnworth.
